MIAMI LOVE REALTY: THE LOGISTICS OF WHO AND WHAT WE ARE AND WILL BECOME AS A FOCUSED COMPANY


1. ORIGINS OF THE NAME, THE LOGO, THE CATCH PHRASE AND THE COLORS

Real Estate, LLC. becomes Miami Love Realty on January 3, 2023! The name represents our: city, our business, and part of the Breedlove Family's name in the title "Love"! Along with a fluorescent brand logo sign that will light up (exactly like the one shown below) this will be featured on the entrance to our office and in the orange painted walls with bright blue office cubicles inside when employees return from their Christmas and New Years Holiday paid vacation on January 3rd, 2023! This exciting and colorful: business name, logo, catch phrase, and even the colors were designed and created by CEO Richard G. Breedlove, Jr. himself which he says "infuses the vibrancy and color of the wonderful city of Miami into it!"

5. OUR COMPANY CREED

A prayer by CEO Richard Breedlove with all employee's heads bowed; the Pledge of Allegiance led by his wife, COO Rebbeca Kellinger; and the Company Creed led by Richard's sister-in-law Ariane Kellinger, the CSO, will be recited in the front of the office every morning before work by all staff members. This will be in a big gold frame between two beautiful flags of the Christian cross flag and the American flag. It will begin our company's day at 9am sharp every morning in our office! It is what this nation needs to have infused in it right now! Especially our companies!



6. OUR DRESS CODE POLICY

a. Crew Members: Designed Orange Shirts

Our dress code for our employees will even show our colors with pride and provide our customers and clients to our business a warm, glowing, and friendly staff! Employees will be required to have shirts tucked inside their pants and wear belts with them. They will be issued 5 shirts each paid for by the company and will be required to keep them wrinkle free and pressed. They also will be required to wear khaki pants and dress shoes either black or brown. The pants must be wrinkle free as well. And, dress shoes must be clean and polished or brushed and shiny. Pants and dress shoes will be purchased by employees. This is very important to our company's image.



b. Chief Officers In Suits & Ties (Men), Dress Pants Suits or Dresses (Women)

Chiefs will always wear suits and suitable elegant silk ties (for men). No inappropriate ties (i.e. cartoon characters, tv shows, movies, your mom' or wife's picture, or big polka dots or hearts) and dress pant suits or dresses (for women). No wild colors or unsuitable dress for Chiefs. Solid men's suit colors of: black, dark blue, grey, chocolate or dark brown, burgundy, or charcoal. Women will conform to solid dresses and pant suits of: white, tan, beige, dark blue, black, dark green, turquoise, grey, charcoal, brown or burgundy. No patterns allowed by either and no pinstripes allowed by either. Solid colors only will be worn by Chiefs. Orange is prohibited by Chiefs to wear. That color is reserved only for supervisors and Crew members. IT, accounting, legal, and finance will also wear the orange outfits. We are to set an example and take pride in ourselves in displaying our important roles within the company. Chiefs and even the CEO will get "Dress Down Friday's" where they can wear the same orange shirts and khaki pants as Crew members! Chiefs you are making the money! Now dress like it!



c. Designed Name Tags

Even our name tags (which will be worn by all employees at all times while in at work) show pride in the: company name, motto, the person's beautifully engraved signature name, and their position. It speaks of who we are as a company and who they are as a valued employee of ours! They are to be worn on their shirts opposite and lined exact to the logo on their shirts. They will contain magnets on the back to prevent holes in their clothing from pinned name tags. Employees will be issued two of these apiece and will be asked to keep up with them and not lose them for any reason. They are a symbol of pride and a badge of courage for our employees!



d. Acceptable Facial and Head Hair for Miami Love Realty

 

We at Miami Love Realty don't stray away from a little controversy. The fact is, if you are in a million and even billion dollar business, then you need to dress for success. And, both men and women need to look the part. Here are some, but not all, acceptable looks for our company. It serves as a benchmark snapshot for what we think a person in our business should strive to look like in their appearances. It is meant to give our: employees, customers, realtors, business partners, and shareholders a sense of confidence and comfort that we will not only dress the part but look the part as well. This is crucial in first impressions and can often lead to success or failure in the real estate and hotel investment markets!



7. THE  COMPANY DICHOTOMY

a. Our Current Setup:

The Company Dichotomy which breaks down our staff of about 30 into key roles and maintains continuity and functional operations on a highly organized well maintained corporate level for a small divesting business structure.



The Company Dichotomy can be further broken down by delegation of powers from the top to the bottom. Notice, CF&L and Crew Members are equal in rank yet broken apart on the dichotomy. This is to maintain balance and to prevent accounting, finance, legal, and IT from attempting to overreach authority on crew members. They are equal in power for that reason. 



b. Our Future Setup:

And now a look at our potential dichotomy of our company 15 to 20 years from now with an approximate 450 member employee Crew with two different departments broken into: real estate investment with 215 employees and hotel investment with 215 employees! Plus the top 4 Chiefs the: CEO, COO, CAO, and CS-CEO who will be able to move from one division to the other one in control management. Also add potentially 15 to 20 members of a Board Of Directors. Eventually the CEO and COO will move to become President and Vice-President of the company and their children and the CAO's children will compete for the upper Chiefs in the company (if they so desire) after going through learning over a period of 8 to 10 years in the different divisions. Ariane Kellinger, the CAO will become CEO upon Richard & Rebbeca Breedlove moving to President and Vice-President of this future potential major investment firm.


REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT DIVISION


HOTEL INVESTMENT DIVISION


And now a further breakdown of this dichotomy shows Delegation of Powers in two columns from top to bottom of ranking. Potential shifts upwards in ranks will always be provided to current employees based on: current rank, job performance assessments by immediate supervisors and ranking officers, and availability of positions. Cross training is possible into other areas, although very difficult unles the person has previous qualifications or education achieved in that field. There will eventually also be a real estate and hotel investment wing of our business and 200 members on each side with 15 delegated chiefs on each side. Also as shown by the expanded 2 color Real Estate and Hotel crews. Both sides will most mirror each other exactly with only the top 4 officers: CEO, COO, CAO, and CoS-CEO able to move bwtween the two offices. Only family members will be reserved CEO, COO, and CAO duties in thr future. However, potential to move up in rank as far as CofS-CEO is possible and potential for all employees based upon job performances and evaluations done: monthly, bi-annual, and annual ranking from a 1 to a Firewall 5 based upon a similar system to the U.S. Military's assessments of individual job performances. At that point we will infilitrate not just 10 but 12 states: including the additions of Arkansas and Oklahoma!



c. Delegation Of Responsibilties For Our Blue & Orange Crew Members (Research and Contracts Preparation):

And now, back to our current 30 Crew member rotation. This is a breakdown of the two Crew sections: Orange and Blue further divides down the "Big 10" into 5 states between each team they will be concentrating on both in terms of work for each property and in researching for future leads and potential properties in those states. The further dividing into individual and group projects will be left up to Crew Chiefs over each Color Crew.



d. The Big 10 Our Employees Will Be Responsible For:

The core of MIAMI LOVE REALTY's business; what we like to refer to as "The Big 10" states we will infuse our brand into!
